Oasis Knebworth 2027 accommodation is scarce. The band play six nights at Knebworth Park in September 2027: Saturday 11, Sunday 12, Saturday 18, Sunday 19, Saturday 25 and Sunday 26. Each night brings around 125,000 people to a corner of Hertfordshire with roughly 500 hotel rooms within three miles. That’s one bed for every 250 fans.
So the realistic options are camping close to the park, a room in Stevenage or one of the nearby towns, or travelling in from London and back out again. Tickets go to registered fans between 25 and 27 September 2026, and once you know your night, it’s worth sorting your bed the same day.
Below is everything within three miles, plus the towns worth looking at if those are gone.
The Pop-Up Camp (a 200m walk from the estate gate)
The Pop-Up Camp is unofficial Oasis Knebworth 2027 camping from the team behind The Pop-Up Hotel, who’ve been putting people up at Glastonbury, Silverstone and Monaco for years. We’re a 200m walk from the Knebworth estate gate, so there’s no shuttle queue, no taxi rank and no motorway crawl at midnight.
Every stay is a three-night weekend, Friday to Monday, built around a pair of shows:
- Weekend 1: Friday 10 to Monday 13 September (shows on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12)
- Weekend 2: Friday 17 to Monday 20 September (shows on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19)
- Weekend 3: Friday 24 to Monday 27 September (shows on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26)
Tents are up and ready when you arrive: porch tents for up to three, dome tents for up to six, and unfurnished or furnished glampers. There’s a late bar, food from breakfast to dinner, live music either side of the show, and proper showers and loos. Nothing to pitch and nothing to carry. Bring your own bedding or add a Ready to Sleep pack.

Camping near Knebworth: what to look for
If you’re camping for the shows, a few things make the difference between a great weekend and a long one.
- Distance to the gate. After the show the whole crowd leaves at once. Anywhere you can walk back from saves you the car park queue and the late train.
- Parking. Check whether a space is included and where it is. Roads around Knebworth are under police and traffic controls on gig days, so arriving the day before helps.
- Security. A fenced site with 24-hour security means you can leave your kit and enjoy the show.
- Loos and showers. Proper flushing toilets and hot showers make three nights feel very different.
- Pitching. A pre-pitched tent means nothing to carry in and nothing to put up after a long drive.
The Pop-Up Camp ticks all of those. It’s roughly 200m from the edge of the estate, with a parking pass per pitch, 24-hour security, flushing toilets, hot showers and every tent up before you arrive.
Hotels within three miles
There are only a handful: The Roebuck Inn (1.2 miles), The Chequers Inn in Knebworth (2.0 miles), Holiday Inn Express Stevenage (2.0 miles), Holiday Inn Stevenage (2.1 miles) and Hotel Cromwell Stevenage (around 2.8 miles). Where else to look for rooms
Knebworth village has very little, so widen the search to the towns with good transport links:
- Stevenage (3 miles): the closest big town and the main rail link back to London King’s Cross. Rooms here go first. More in our guide to Stevenage hotels for Oasis.
- Hitchin (8 miles): a market town with boutique hotels, B&Bs and plenty of places to eat before the show.
- Welwyn Garden City (7 miles): just down the A1(M), with several mid-range chain hotels and quick trains.
- Hatfield and St Albans (10 to 15 miles): good back-ups if closer rooms sell out, with direct train lines.
Airbnb and short lets
There are listings across Stevenage, Knebworth village and the surrounding villages, with a handful within walking distance of the park. Expect prices well above normal, minimum stays that stretch a two-night trip to three, and strict cancellation terms. For a group, a whole house often beats four hotel rooms and solves the Sunday check-out.
Book early
With six nights of 125,000 people and only a few hundred rooms nearby, local accommodation will go quickly now the dates are out. Whether that means a room nearby, travelling from London or a tent a short walk from the gates, sorting it early saves you the post-show traffic and the last-minute prices.
