Glastonbury 2027 runs from Wednesday 23 to Sunday 27 June at Worthy Farm in Pilton, Somerset. The village is tiny, the festival is huge, and every bed for miles gets snapped up early. Here are your options.
Camping on site
Most people camp, and a general admission ticket includes it. It’s the cheapest way to do it and puts you right in the middle of everything. The catch? You carry, pitch and pack up your own kit. Our Glastonbury camping guide has the details.
Glamping and pre-pitched tents
Rather arrive to a tent that’s already up? There are glamping and pre-pitched options around the festival. Our sibling, The Pop-Up Hotel, runs luxury glamping a 10-minute flat walk from Festival Gate D, with bars, restaurants and proper beds. For something more relaxed, The Pop-Up Camp Glastonbury has tent and motorhome pitches, pre-pitched tents and bell tents on a plateau in the Somerset countryside, with shuttles to the festival day and night.
Hotels and B&Bs nearby
The closest towns fill first, so widen the search if you’re booking late:
- Shepton Mallet, the nearest town to Pilton.
- Wells, a small cathedral city with hotels, B&Bs and plenty of places to eat.
- Glastonbury town, a few miles away, with guest houses and bags of character.
- Castle Cary, handy for the station and the shuttle bus.
- Bath and Bristol, further out, with far more rooms and good links.
Staying off site means travelling in and out every day, so check how to get to Glastonbury Festival before you book.
Book early
Tickets go on sale in October 2026, and beds nearby go quickly once people know they’re going. Our advice: sort your ticket, then sort your bed the same week.
We’re at Glastonbury 2027 too. The Pop-Up Camp Glastonbury sits on a plateau looking out over the Somerset countryside, with our own shuttles to the festival day and night, food and drink around the clock, and hot showers and proper loos. Pitch your own, bring the van or go furnished bell tent. You’ll need a festival ticket to stay with us. Book your spot!
